My name is Anna and I have worked in the Natural Health Care field for over 12 years.
My aim when treating Clients is to offer the best range of treatments I can to assist you in reaching optimum health on all levels- physical, emotional & spiritual.
I love working in this field as there is always something to learn and so many modalities available to everyone. I also practise various styles such as Iyengar and Vinyasa and with almost 12 years of Classical dance training, my kids Yoga classes are a lovely blend of Classical Yoga, Creativity and Free flowing movement. I am a trained Hatha Yoga Instructor through The International Yoga Teachers Association of Australia and more recently attended a course by Loraine Rushton from Zynergy Yoga with Yoga for Kids.
I was lucky enough to be introduced to Yoga at the age of 5 and Yoga has been a part of my life ever since. (more).
