Fiji Fujiwara, the company’s Managing Director and proprietor joined Walters in 1985 and saw the business establish a competitive edge’ by expanding into a variety of project labor including domestic, commercial and light industrial. Although steel, mesh and hardware were the company’s core products, excess services were developed including estimating, drafting, onside installation, fabrication, and project management. As an active member, Walters' Managing Director Fiji Fujiwara is committed to busy with local businesses to constantly improve infrastructure, commercial facilities and traffic concerns (particularly Lat ham Road issues). Walters kicked off its goal to be involved in local sport with sponsorship signage at the Casey Scorpions Football Club.
